A Mohawk in liberty spikes is still a Mohawk. Liberty spikes can refer to hair that is not cut into a Mohawk (You've probably seen all-over liberty spikes before). A stripe of hair down the center of the head is a Mohawk, be it styled into a fan, liberty spikes, or even if it's not charged at all. A Liberty Spike Mohawk is indeed still a Mohawk, and can be called such.
