Decontrol is a song by the band Drist, featured as a bonus song in Guitar Hero. It has been confirmed by Scorehero as having the lowest extended star rating of a song on any difficulty; its optimal score on the Medium difficulty is around a 6.5*, even when the different star rating system of GH2 - onward is used.
Decontrol requires a lot of altstrumming (or ungodly downstrumming skills) to FC even on Medium. The solo is also fairly challenging on Expert, due to Guitar Hero's tougher hammer-on and pull-off system.
