Rush is a progressive rock band from Canada, formed in 1968. The band is composed of bassist, keyboardist, and lead vocalist Geddy Lee, guitarist and backing vocalist Alex Lifeson, and drummer Neil Peart. Rush has had a few contributions to Guitar Hero, such as YYZ, in Guitar Hero II and Guitar Hero Smash Hits, a live version of The Spirit of Radio in Guitar Hero 5, the entire 2112 album in Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock, Tom Sawyer, Red Barchetta, and Limelight re-recorded for said game as DLC (Limelight and Tom Sawyer would later appear in Guitar Hero Live's GHTV mode), and Fly by Night in Guitar Hero Live.
